Single charged Higgs boson production at the LHC

A search for charged Higgs may yield clear and direct signs of new physics outside the realm Standard Model (SM). In Two-Higgs Doublet (2HDM), we investigate two main single production channels at Large Hadron Collider (LHC), assuming that either h or H replicates detected resonance ∼125GeV. We consider possibility boson through pp→H±W∓ pp→H±bj processes present additional significance LHC experiments. Considering H±→W±hi/A decay mainly concentrating on bb¯, ττ γγ decays hi A, examine possible signatures arising from aforementioned in both type-I type-X realizations 2HDM. Our study shows these can have sizable rates low tan⁡β as long condition MH±<mt−mb is satisfied. As a result, propose bb, final states associated with WW Wbj an encouraging experimental avenue would complement boson.
